The Cotswolds Bourbon Cask Single Malt is a single malt whisky from the Cotswolds Distillery in England. It is made from 100% malted barley and aged in first-fill ex-bourbon casks for a minimum of three years. The whisky has a light golden colour and a nose of sweet vanilla, toasted oak, and a hint of citrus. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of honey, toffee, and a hint of spice. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of oak and a touch of sweetness. This whisky works well neat or on the rocks.

Neat with a splash of water is the best way to catch the citrus and vanilla from the first-fill bourbon casks. On the rocks works too if you prefer it chilled.
