Doc Holliday 7 Year is a single-barrel straight bourbon bottled at cask strength by the World Whiskey Society. The whiskey is sourced from an undisclosed Indiana distillery on a high-rye mash bill — 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley — and every bottle is drawn from one barrel, so the proof and the character shift from pick to pick. Seven years in new charred oak build a core of caramel and vanilla, with the rye pushing baking spice and a dry, oak-framed close across the palate. Bottled uncut, it drinks big and hot. Add a few drops of water to open it up, or pour it neat when you want the full cask-strength weight.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
- Email us a picture at Support@liquorverse.com and we will make sure to send you a replacement bottle ASAP!
What do I do if a courier does not deliver my package?
- On rare occasions couriers will mishandle your package and deem it damaged before it arrives and send it back to our warehouse. If this happens to you, please send us an email at support@liquorverse.com. We will send you a new bottle!
