That barrel time adds vanilla and light oak spice on top of the traditional smoke and roasted agave base. Expect smoke, cooked agave, and gentle oak sweetness on the nose, a rounded, complex palate, and a warm, dry finish. It suits mezcal drinkers who want smoke softened by some barrel roundness.
