Dos Hombres Blanco 750ml

Dos Hombres is an unaged Oaxacan espadin mezcal, the brand Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul built with a producing family in the village of San Luis del Rio. It is deliberately the approachable end of mezcal: the pit-roasted smoke is present but restrained, which makes it a sensible first bottle for anyone who has only met mezcal through a heavily smoky pour. The nose is soft smoke, cooked agave and green apple. The palate is roasted agave with mango, cocoa and a mineral edge, and the finish is clean and lightly smoky. Sip it neat at room temperature, or use it in a mezcal margarita.
