Distilled on Orkney, it matured predominantly in sherry-seasoned American oak and first-fill bourbon casks, which read as rich, spiced fruit rather than heavy sweetness. Light heathery peat smoke sits over cloves, cardamom, and raisins, closing long and lingering at 40.5% ABV.
