Insolito Tequila Reposado is a 100% blue agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, double-distilled and rested a minimum of eight months in white oak barrels. That time in wood gives it a smoother, more complex profile than a blanco, layering wood, fruit, and spice notes over the base agave character. Expect a light amber color, a nose that leans toward oak and dried fruit, and a smooth palate with a warm, gently spiced finish. It works equally well as a neat sipper or the backbone of a reposado-style cocktail.
