About this bottle
Los Sundays Reposado No.7 is a Jalisco tequila rested in oak before bottling, the step that turns the brand's bright blanco into something rounder and gold-tinted without burying the agave that started it. The nose leads with cooked agave, vanilla and a little toasted oak; the palate is soft and lightly sweet, moving through caramel, baked apple and warm baking spice with the agave still legible underneath; the finish is medium, gently oaky and clean. This is the pour for anyone who finds blanco too sharp and añejo too heavy. Serve it neat at room temperature, over a single large cube, or in an agave old fashioned with orange peel.
