Volteo Reposado is an organic 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from Destileria Casa de Piedra in the lowlands of Jalisco, double distilled in stainless steel and rested at least three months in American white oak bourbon barrels. At 40% ABV it keeps its cooked-agave core. The nose brings agave, light vanilla and warm oak with orange blossom, and the palate turns to butterscotch and agave nectar, then cinnamon and allspice, over a creamy texture. The finish is medium, with warm pepper and toasted wood. It suits anyone who wants a classic, bourbon-barrel reposado that is easy to sip and just as comfortable in a cocktail.
