M Mestizo Reposado is a 100% blue agave tequila rested for eight months in American oak barrels. That reposado aging softens the raw agave character into a smoother profile, with a nose of cooked agave, vanilla and light oak leading into a palate carrying caramel and a mellow oak sweetness. The finish is smooth and moderate rather than sharp, typical of a reposado at this age. It's a fit for tequila drinkers who want more roundness than a blanco without moving up to the deeper oak of an añejo.
