About this bottle

Nocaut Reposado is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila from a small Jalisco producer that built its name and its bottle design around boxing. The agave is cooked and distilled using traditional methods, then rested in American oak for around eight months, which is enough time to round the raw agave edges without burying them under wood. Expect cooked agave and vanilla up front, a touch of oak and baking spice through the middle, and a mellow, faintly sweet caramel finish. It reads more agave-forward than many reposados its age, which keeps it useful as a mixing tequila as well as a sipper.

How to drink Nocaut Reposado

Pour it over a single large cube to let the agave open up, or build it into a reposado margarita where the oak and vanilla hold up against lime and orange liqueur.
