Oak and Eden Round Prairie Rye JamesTown Revival is a small batch rye whiskey made from a mash of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It is aged in new, charred American oak barrels for a minimum of two years. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and clove. The finish is long and warm with a hint of pepper.
