Pinhook Straight Bourbon Collaboration Series 2022 Edition No. 2 is a limited-batch bourbon made in partnership with Garrett Oliver, the renowned brewmaster behind Brooklyn Brewery. Distilled to four years and bottled at a hefty 118.9 proof, the whiskey is finished in a combination of sherry and port casks after its time in new, charred American oak, adding a layer of dried fruit and wine-cask richness on top of Pinhook's usual young, high-proof intensity. Only 1,000 bottles were released. It has a deep amber color with toasted oak, caramel, and baking spice on the nose, and a smooth, creamy palate carrying dried fruit, spice, and a lingering wine-cask sweetness through to the finish.
