Mistral Nobel is a Chilean pisco from Mistral, one of Chile's leading pisco producers, named in reference to Gabriela Mistral, the Chilean poet and Nobel Prize laureate the brand takes its name from. Pisco is a clear, unaged grape brandy, distilled and bottled without oak influence, which lets the grape's own character come through directly. The nose carries grape spirit and light florals, the palate is smooth and clean, and the finish is crisp and dry. Good for a classic pisco sour or sipping neat.
