Riazul Plata is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila from Jalisco, technically a blanco but given six months of rest in American oak barrels — longer than most blancos, though still bottled without noticeable color. That brief rest rounds off raw agave edges while keeping the spirit essentially unaged in character, resulting in a smooth, mellow flavor with notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak layered lightly over the base agave.
