San Matías Blanco is produced by Tequila San Matías, a distillery in Jalisco founded in 1886, making it one of the older continuously operating tequila houses in Mexico. Made from 100% blue agave and triple distilled, it's bottled unaged for a clean, crisp profile with citrus and black pepper notes typical of a well-made blanco. The triple distillation is a point of difference from many blancos that distill twice, generally yielding a smoother, lighter spirit.
