Single Cask Nation Tullibardine 2015 (EXB) 700ml

This is a Tullibardine single malt distilled in 2015 and bottled by Single Cask Nation from a single ex-bourbon cask, which is all the EXB on the label means. Tullibardine sits in Blackford, Perthshire, in the southern Highlands, drawing on the same spring water that made the village a brewing town centuries before whisky arrived. Ex-bourbon wood keeps the spirit's own character visible instead of dressing it up: a nose of barley sugar, apple and vanilla, a palate of honey, pear and light oak spice, and a clean malty finish of medium length. Drink it neat in a copita and add water only if the strength asks for it.
