About this bottle
The Arran Malt is distilled on the Isle of Arran, one of Scotland's smaller island distilleries, producing whisky in the lighter, fruitier style more associated with island and Highland malts than the heavy peat of Islay. This 18 Year expression gives extra time for that fruity new-make character to develop into deeper notes of dried fruit, honey and light oak spice. Arran's whisky-making history is relatively young compared to Scotland's classic distilleries, having only started production in the early 1990s, making an 18 year release a meaningful milestone for the brand.
