About this bottle

Wild Common Blanco is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila made in the highlands of Jalisco by a producer focused on slow-cooked, brick-oven agave and open-air fermentation rather than the faster industrial methods common in mass-market tequila. That slower process shows up as a rounder, more agave-forward blanco than most: cooked agave and citrus zest up front, black pepper and fresh herbs through the middle, and a clean, slightly savory finish. Unaged, it's meant to show what patient production does to a blanco rather than lean on wood for flavor.

How to drink Wild Common Blanco

Serve it neat in a copita to catch the pepper and herb notes, or shake it into a classic margarita where the agave holds its own against lime.
