Mijenta Blanco is a modern, sustainability-focused tequila brand launched in the early 2020s, distilled from highland Jalisco agave with an emphasis on regenerative farming practices and a lower environmental footprint than much of the category. As a blanco, it's unaged or rested only briefly, meant to show cooked agave character straight from distillation. Expect bright citrus and black pepper on the nose, a clean, vegetal agave palate, and a peppery, crisp finish.
