Two years longer in the barrel than the 10 Year release, it comes out noticeably darker, with more concentrated oak, dried fruit, and baking spice carrying through the caramel and vanilla base the brand is known for. Bottled at 107 proof, it has real weight behind it compared to the standard Old No. 7. This is a bottle for someone who already knows Jack Daniel's house profile and wants to see what extra time in the barrel does to it.
