About this bottle
Kings County Distillery Single Malt is made from 100% malted barley and aged in small new American oak barrels at the distillery's Brooklyn Navy Yard site, one of the oldest operating whiskey distilleries in New York City since Prohibition. Because Kings County ages in small barrels, the whiskey picks up oak character faster than in traditional 53-gallon barrels, giving it a deep golden color and a nose of sweet malt, toasted oak, and light smoke. The palate is smooth with caramel, toffee, and a hint of spice, finishing long with a touch of smoke. It suits drinkers curious about American-made single malt from a genuinely small urban distillery.
How to drink Kings County Distillery Single Malt
Try it neat first to catch the small-barrel oak influence, though it also holds up in an Old Fashioned if you want a maltier spin on the classic.
