Don Fulano Anejo 750 ml

Don Fulano Anejo is a highland tequila rested a minimum of 30 months in French oak, longer than most anejos sit before bottling. It is made from 100% blue agave grown in Los Altos and distilled at La Tequilena, and it is confirmed additive-free, with nothing added to color, sweeten, or soften what the agave and wood already built. The long aging shows: banana bread and warm baking spice on the nose, honey and a drying, structured mouthfeel across the palate, and an oak-driven close that lingers. Bottled at 80 proof, it drinks like a sipping spirit rather than a mixer. Pour it neat in a snifter and give it a few minutes of air before the first sip.
