Paqui Silvera is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila from Los Altos, Jalisco, distilled by master distiller Gilberto Jasso. As a blanco (silver) style, it's unaged and bottled clear straight after distillation, so the agave character comes through unfiltered by wood.
