Thomas S. Moore Port Cask Finish is a Kentucky bourbon from the Barton 1792 Distillery's small-batch label, finished in barrels that previously held port wine after its standard bourbon maturation. That secondary aging adds dark fruit and wine-like sweetness on top of the base bourbon's caramel and oak. Expect dried cherry, raisin, and vanilla on the nose, a rich, fruit-forward palate, and a smooth, lightly tannic finish.
