Crafted from 100 percent hand-selected blue agave, it is slowly aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months. This gives Cava de Oro a unique smoothness and depth of character. It's rich aromas of honey, dried fruit, and warm spice are followed through on the palate, with notes of cooked agave, roasted nuts, toffee, and brown sugar.
