From the cellars of Château de Cognac comes D'ussé XO, an extra-old cognac built on eaux-de-vie matured in French oak — XO meaning the youngest spirit in the blend spent at least ten years in barrel. Cellar master Michel Casavecchia leans into dark fruit: ripe blackberry and apricot up front, dark chocolate and toasted walnut underneath, and a long, rounded finish that earns the 80-proof pour.
