Caorunn Small Batch Gin is distilled at Balmenach Distillery in Speyside, Scotland, in a distinctive Copper Berry Chamber still design, using a mix of classic gin botanicals alongside five Celtic botanicals unique to the brand, including rowan berry, for which Caorunn is named (the Gaelic word for rowan tree). Expect juniper, apple and heather on the nose from the Celtic botanical blend, a smooth, well-balanced palate with light citrus and spice, and a clean, gently sweet finish. A distinctly Scottish gin built on regional botanicals rather than a generic London Dry recipe.
