It takes the brand's standard ten-botanical recipe and adds two more for this expression: Vietnamese black peppercorn and Thai lemongrass. Bottled at 42% ABV — lower than the standard bottling — it opens with bright citrus and juniper, moves into peppery warmth and a grassy lemongrass lift through the mid-palate, and finishes clean with a light spice. It's built for drinkers who already like Bombay Sapphire but want a sharper citrus edge and more punch in a gin and tonic.
How to drink Bombay Sapphire East
