Sukkah Hill Etrog Liqueur 750ml

Etrog is Sukkah Hill's citron liqueur, made from the thick-skinned citrus fruit used in the Sukkot ritual and prized far more for its perfumed peel than its juice. That peel is where the whole drink lives: lemon oil and orange blossom on the nose, a palate of fragrant citrus and floral sweetness with a clean pith bitterness underneath, and a zesty finish that stays brighter and drier than most citrus liqueurs manage. Sukkah Hill is a small California house working in small batches. Serve it very cold as a digestif, over ice with soda and a lemon twist, or in place of triple sec in a sidecar.
