This Vintage Edition is the brand's green (verte) style, distilled from wormwood, anise, and fennel using traditional recipes rather than the thujone-heavy formulas absinthe's reputation exaggerated. How to drink Kübler Absinthe

Use the classic louche method: pour absinthe over a sugar cube on a slotted spoon, then slowly drip ice water over it until it clouds and dilutes to about 1 part absinthe to 4-5 parts water — never drink it neat or as a shot.
