About this bottle

Sipsmith London Dry Gin comes from Sipsmith Distillery in London, one of the first copper-pot distillers to open in the city in nearly two hundred years when it launched in 2009. Ten botanicals — including juniper, coriander, angelica root, and liquorice — go into small batches run through a copper pot still nicknamed Prudence, and the gin is bottled at 41.6% ABV. It opens with bright citrus and juniper on the nose, stays juniper-forward through the palate with a savory hint of spice, and finishes long and dry. It's a straightforward, well-built London Dry for people who want the classic profile done properly.

How to drink Sipsmith London Dry

Build a gin and tonic with a wedge of lemon and let the juniper lead — this is a gin made for that exact drink. It also holds its own in a Martini if you want something drier and more traditional than a modern juniper-light gin.
