Del Maguey Wild Jabali is a mezcal made from 100% wild agave, harvested from the mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico. This mezcal is made in the traditional way, using a stone-lined pit oven to cook the agave, and a horse-drawn tahona to crush the cooked agave. The result is a smoky, earthy mezcal with notes of cooked agave, citrus, and herbs. Wild Jabali is perfect for sipping neat or in cocktails.
