Conejo Salvaje Tequila Reposado 750 ml

Conejo Salvaje Reposado is a blue Weber agave tequila rested in oak, which by law means at least two months in wood and in practice means enough time to soften the spirit without burying the agave. Reposado is the middle path in any tequila range: still green and vegetal at the core, but rounded at the edges. The nose leads with cooked agave, vanilla and a little citrus peel, the palate brings caramel, black pepper and gentle oak, and the finish runs medium and faintly sweet. It is the most flexible bottle in the lineup, good neat, better in a Tommy's margarita, steady in a paloma.
