Misionero Rifle Reposado 1L

Misionero Rifle Reposado is a rested blue agave tequila in a full litre bottle, made in Mexico and held in oak long enough to take on colour and rounded edges without losing the agave underneath. Reposado is the middle ground of the category: less raw than a blanco, less oak-driven than an anejo, and the easiest style to pour for a table with mixed tastes. Cooked agave, vanilla and light oak lead the nose. The palate turns to caramel and baked apple over soft agave sweetness, and the finish is warm and gently spiced. Sip it neat, or pour it into a tall paloma with grapefruit soda and lime.
