About this bottle
Rhum J.M Gold is a rhum agricole from Martinique, distilled straight from fresh sugarcane juice rather than molasses, then aged briefly in oak to take on its light gold color. That cane-juice base gives it a distinctly grassy, vegetal character up front — think fresh herbs and green cane — balanced against soft vanilla and light spice picked up from the wood. It's drier and more savory than a molasses-based gold rum, closer in spirit to a fine agricole than to Caribbean spiced rum. AOC Martinique-protected, it's a good introduction to agricole style for anyone who's only had molasses rum before.
How to drink Rhum J.M Gold
