About this bottle
Piaff Champagne Brut is produced by the family champagne house of George Vesselle & Fils, located in the Grand Cru village of Ay in the heart of Champagne and producing high-quality champagnes since 1872. This Brut is a classic example of Ay Champagne, made from the three classic Champagne varietals of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It is light to medium-bodied with flavors of crisp green apples, ripe yellow pears and a hint of toastiness, with a creamy palate and crisp acidity leading into a pleasant finish.
How to drink Piaff Champagne Brut
Serve chilled around 45-48°F in a tulip glass to show off the mousse. A classic match for roast chicken, soft cheeses, or simply on its own as an aperitif.
