Evan Williams Kentucky Straight Bourbon is Heaven Hill's flagship bourbon, distilled and aged in new charred oak barrels in Bardstown, Kentucky. Because the label carries no age statement, TTB rules mean it's spent at least four years in new oak — enough time to build real character before the whiskey ever needed an age claim on the label. Expect vanilla and caramel up front, a medium-bodied palate of corn sweetness and oak, and a warm, slightly spicy finish. This 1.75-liter bottle is built for volume: pouring for a crowd, keeping a home bar stocked, or mixing bourbon cocktails regularly without worrying about running dry.
