About this bottle
Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial is the house's non-vintage rosé Champagne, blended primarily from Pinot Noir with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier and colored using the saignée method, where red wine is bled off during fermentation rather than blended in afterward. It is aged a minimum of two years in the cellar before release, longer than the legal Champagne minimum, which builds a touch of brioche depth under the fruit. Expect a bright pink color, aromas of red berries and citrus, and a palate that balances fresh fruit with fine, persistent bubbles. This "You Are Going Places" edition is a limited-label release built for gifting and celebration rather than everyday drinking.
How to drink Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial
Chill it to about 45°F and pour into a tulip glass. It works as an aperitif on its own or alongside strawberries and light charcuterie for a celebratory spread.
