The Bollinger Special Cuvee Brut is a classic Champagne from the renowned house of Bollinger. This Champagne is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes, and is aged for a minimum of three years in Bollinger's cellars. The result is a full-bodied, complex Champagne with aromas of ripe fruit, toasted brioche and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is rich and creamy, with a long, persistent finish. This is an excellent Champagne to enjoy as an aperitif or with a meal.
How to drink Bollinger Special Cuvée
Pour it into a white wine glass at 45-48°F to let the brioche and ripe fruit show — this is a full, food-friendly Champagne, at home with roast chicken or aged cheese as much as an aperitif.
