Fill a large wine glass generously with ice.

Add 3 parts Prosecco — about 3 oz.

Add 2 parts Sarti Rosa Aperitivo — about 2 oz.

Top with 1 part soda water — about 1 oz.

Stir gently to combine while preserving the bubbles.
