Aberfeldy sits on the River Tay in Perthshire, and its whisky is built around heather honey and orchard fruit that deepen with age. The 12 pours bright and honeyed, the 16 layers in dried fruit and spice, and the 21 turns rich and waxy with dark toffee. All three are bottled at 40% ABV.
