Aberfeldy's 12, 16, and 21 Year tasting set gathers three Highland single malt Scotches in 200ml bottles, a vertical through the distillery's honeyed house style. Aberfeldy sits on the River Tay in Perthshire, and its whisky is built around heather honey and orchard fruit that deepen with age. The 12 pours bright and honeyed, the 16 layers in dried fruit and spice, and the 21 turns rich and waxy with dark toffee. All three are bottled at 40% ABV. Taste them side by side to see what nine extra years in oak does to one distillery's spirit, or work through them across an evening.
