ACCA ROSELE DEMI-SECO EFFERVESCENT NECTAR 750ml

Acca Rosele Demi-Seco is a lightly sparkling, off-dry nectar bottled at 750ml. Demi-sec sits between dry and sweet on the sparkling scale, so expect noticeable sugar held in check by bubbles and acidity rather than a syrupy pour. There is little published detail behind the label, so it is best approached simply and on its own terms: floral aromatics with red fruit behind them, a soft, gently fizzy palate carrying ripe fruit sweetness, and a short, clean finish. Serve it very cold in a flute or a small wine glass, on its own as an aperitif, or alongside fruit tart and soft cheese where the sweetness has something to answer.
