Acre Largo Blanco Small Batch is an unaged tequila released in limited runs rather than as a continuous line, which usually means tighter batch-to-batch control and a little more character in the glass. Nothing sits between the still and the bottle here, no wood and no rest, so the agave carries the pour on its own. Expect cooked agave and cracked white pepper on the nose, then a rounder palate of citrus, sweet cooked vegetable and green herb, and a clean finish with a peppery tail that fades quickly. Drink it neat at cellar temperature in a small glass, or let it anchor a margarita made with nothing but lime and a little agave syrup.
