About this bottle
Agave Azul Organic Anejo Valentina Edition is made from 100% organic blue agave and aged a minimum of one year in oak to reach the anejo category, extending the same Valentina Edition packaging used across the brand's reposado into a longer-aged expression. The organic certification covers the full production chain from agave cultivation onward, a point Agave Azul leans on as a differentiator in a category where certified-organic tequila remains relatively uncommon. Expect deeper caramel, vanilla, and oak spice than the reposado, with agave still present but softened by the extra time in barrel.
