Alchemix Orange + aromatic Bitters 200ml

Alchemix Orange and Aromatic Bitters is a cocktail bitters, a concentrated botanical extract meant to be dashed rather than poured. This one runs both directions at once: bright orange peel on the orange side, and the darker gentian, clove and warm baking spice that define an aromatic. On the nose it reads as citrus oil over bark and spice, and on the palate it is intensely bitter, drying, faintly sweet at the edges. A few dashes will pull a drink together the way salt does a dish, tying spirit and sweetener into one thing. Use it in an old fashioned, a Manhattan or a whiskey sour, or shake two dashes into soda water.
