Amarás Logía Limited Edition Sacatoro Joven is a small-batch mezcal from Amarás Mezcal, a Oaxaca-based producer, made from agave hand-harvested and roasted in traditional earthen pit ovens before double-distillation in copper pot stills. As a joven (unaged) release, it's bottled shortly after distillation to preserve the smoke and roasted agave character straight off the still. Expect tropical fruit and citrus notes layered under the smoke, with a smooth, velvety texture typical of Amarás's small-batch approach. The 700 ml bottle is a limited edition, produced in a capped quantity.

How to drink Amarás Logía Sacatoro Joven

Sip it neat in a copita to take in the smoke and tropical fruit together, with orange slices and worm salt on the side rather than lime, in the traditional Oaxacan style.
