Angel's Envy Cellar Collection Vol. 006 is a Kentucky straight rye finished in two ways: part in peach brandy casks and part in toasted oak barrels, with the two portions blended together. Bottled at 53.2% ABV in a 750ml format, it is the sixth release in the distillery's limited Cellar Collection. The peach brandy finish adds ripe stone fruit and sweetness over rye's pepper and baking spice, while the toasted oak contributes vanilla and a dry, woody structure. It is aimed at rye drinkers and collectors who like finishing experiments, and who want something with more fruit than a standard rye.
