Anillos Mezcal Ensamble 750ml

Anillos Mezcal Ensamble blends two wild agaves — Tepeztate and Tobalá — cooked and distilled by Master Mezcalero Juan Hernández Méndez in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. Ensamble means blend, and this one lets both agaves keep their character rather than smoothing them into one note: Tepeztate brings a green, mineral edge and long maturation, Tobalá adds floral lift and spice. Bottled at 44% ABV, it drinks with more intensity than a standard espadín mezcal, smoky but not one-dimensional. This is a small-production, artisanal spirit — treat it like one. Sip it neat in a copita, no chaser needed.
