Au Vodka Blue Raspberry is a flavored vodka from the Welsh brand known for its gold bottles, offered here in a 375ml half size. The base is a neutral grain vodka with blue raspberry flavoring added after distillation, so the sweetness sits on top of a clean spirit rather than being fermented into it. It pours bright blue, smells like raspberry candy and cotton candy, and tastes the way it smells: sweet, tart at the edges, with very little burn on the way down. The finish is short and sugary.
