Au Vodka Original Premium 375 ML

Au Vodka Original is the unflavored bottling from the Welsh brand that built its name on a gold bottle, offered here in a 375ml half size. It is a neutral grain vodka, distilled and filtered to strip character out rather than build it in, which is exactly the job a mixing vodka is meant to do. The nose is faint, a little grain and citrus; the palate is soft and lightly sweet with a peppery snap; the finish is short, clean and dry. It disappears into whatever you put it in, which is the point. Keep it in the freezer and use it for a vodka soda, a martini or a mule.
